Use of information

Information is used solely for the purpose of providing veterinary support services, including but not limited to:

• Generating SOAP notes
• Transcription
• Patient management
• Diagnosis assistance
• Diagnostics interpretation/analysis

No user data is sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Data Security

DVMiQ implements standard technical and administrative measures to protect your data. Access to data is restricted to authenticated users of your clinic or organization.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

DVMiQ uses OpenAI’s API to generate summaries and responses. Data sent to OpenAI for processing is handled according to OpenAI’s API data usage policy. DVMiQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account or associated data by contacting DVMiQ support.
